内置加强结构，既保护炉衬，也为炉衬材料提供必不可少的支撑。Internally reinforced — protects the lining and provides the support it needs.
耐火材料在高温下会产生热收缩，使用越久收缩越大。因此，用户端工况为 1150℃，炉衬材料却选用 1600℃ 等级。Refractories shrink at temperature, more so over time. So although the operating temperature is 1150 ℃, we specify 1600 ℃-grade lining materials.
炉衬受热后的物理变化主要发生在正常生产的第一个月内，之后趋于稳定。长期使用后出现的收缩缝，或局部表面破损、小裂纹、剥落，可用我公司特制的粘结和涂抹材料随时修补。Physical changes occur mainly during the first month of normal production and then stabilise. Shrinkage joints, local surface damage, small cracks or spalling can be repaired at any time with our purpose-made bonding and coating materials.
炉衬属于轻质耐火材料，正常生产以外应避免对炉子的剧烈振动、撞击和跌落，以及外来硬物直接撞击炉衬材料。The lining is a lightweight refractory. Outside normal production, avoid violent vibration, impact or dropping of the furnace, and direct impact of hard objects on the lining.
陶瓷纤维炉衬质量轻、导热低、蓄热低、抗热震性优良，且施工安装方便。我们根据炉衬工作温度和工况选择合适的结构形式。Ceramic fiber linings are light, low in conductivity and heat storage, highly resistant to thermal shock and easy to install. We choose the construction to suit working temperature and duty.
耐火纤维毯分层铺设，以耐热钢铆固件固定，适用于炉衬工作温度低于 1000℃ 的工况。Fiber blanket laid in layers and fixed with heat-resistant steel anchors, for linings working below 1000 ℃.
高于 1000℃ 时，采用耐热钢与陶瓷铆固件、陶瓷杯复合铆固或热面陶瓷铆固件，保证高温下的可靠固定。Above 1000 ℃, heat-resistant steel with ceramic anchors, ceramic-cup composite anchoring or hot-face ceramic anchors keep the lining secure.
纤维之间形成化学结合，使用温度更高、容重更高，机械性能和抗风速性能更好。Chemically bonded fibers give higher service temperature and density, with better mechanical strength and resistance to gas velocity.
